THE NORFOLK OPP SELECTS TWO CHILDREN TO BE CHIEF OF POLICE FOR ONE DAY
12/5/2017 6:57:05 AM

The Norfolk County OPP will have two new inspectors!

Current OPP Inspector Shawn Nash stopped by the stations to tell us about the lucky boy and girl who will get to dawn the uniform.

To build relationships with our youth, our local police force is giving students in Grades 4 and 6 the opportunity to be an OPP Inspector for a day.

Students were asked to write a short paragraph saying why they want to become a police officer.

These two students will be officially sworn in at court to be the Inspector for the day, dawn the uniform, and look at the ins and outs of the job.
