LOCAL FOOD BANKS GET HUNDREDS OF POUNDS OF FOOD THANKS TO TRICK OR TREATERS

Some spooky fun leads to a lot of good.

Local food banks are rejoicing after two haunted destinations in Norfolk asked trick or treaters for food donations to get a good scare.

Talbot Street Terror in Simcoe brought six large boxes of canned goods to a local food bank.

In Port Dover, Lucas Wilson says Skeletons on Leslie also brought in the donations.

Skeletons on Leslie says their next step is to change their Halloween lights to Christmas lights and put on a light show.

Talbot Street Terror said they did a tribute to Steve Whitehead's Hell'o'ween Crematorium as he inspired them to create a haunted house and plan on carrying that tradition every year.
