$90,000 to accommodate 420 people.

That's what is being proposed at Talbot Gardens in Simcoe.

The arena has had spectator seating deemed off limits but a second walk through has presented more options.

According to the staff report, the walking area around the top of the bleachers are in good repair, and around 200 people could stand and watch a practice or game from that section.

Likewise, some seating at each end of the area has been deemed easily repairable with section sections of seating expected to be chained off from public access.

Right now, anyone hoping to watch a practice must do so from the viewing areas near the concession stand which offers limited seating and a tight spot.

Council will make this decision Tuesday night.
