IMPATIENT DRIVER SENDS THREE PEOPLE TO THE HOSPITAL

The Norfolk OPP say on Friday afternoon, a driver tried to speed around several cars on Highway 3 at Blueline Road. Another vehicle took evasive action to avoid a collision with this driver but ended up crashing into another vehicle.

The Norfolk OPP is investigating a horrific road rage incident in Delhi. On Tuesday, police say they were called to James Street after a driver in one vehicle tried to stop another motorist who was spotted driving dangerously.

COUNCIL SAVES SPAY AND NEUTER PROGRAM FROM FOLDING.

Ironically, the one thing council refused to cut was a spay and neuter program. Norfolk County Staff had been asked to find savings of $400,000 in this year's budget, with 10 percent coming from the Catch, Neuter, and Release program.
